一、初中英语作业调查分析

对初中英语家庭作业的布置和设计中所存在的问题进行了调查。调查结果显示：

（一）作业形式机械、死板

调查数据显示，有65%的初中英语教师每周布置机械的抄写作业三次以上。42%的英语教师对于一些书写错误或者书写马虎的学生，还会罚抄十几遍，导致学生把大量时间用在抄写上。有79.3%的教师会把“记忆英语课文中的短语、重点句型、背诵阅读材料”当作是一项常规作业。由此可见，机械、死板的英语家庭作业还普遍存在，英语技能方面的训练，如听、说、读，严重缺乏；忽视了学生的主体意识、自觉意识，禁锢了学生的创造性思维，使许多学生对家庭作业十分厌倦。

（二）作业来源封闭

问卷调查结果显示，目前我国初中英语的课后作业设计缺乏开放性，近84%的教师在设计家庭作业的范围上明显过于狭窄。所留作业多半是课堂内、书本上所学的知识；而只有34%的老师会根据课堂所学内容设计一些创新型有趣味的英语家庭作业。接受访谈的30位初中英语老师中有27位表示，他们布置作业的来源一般都是课后练习，教参或者是与教材配套的练习册，仅仅有3位老师表示他们偶尔会根据所学的知识设计一些新颖有趣的家庭作业。

（三）作业对象忽视个性差异

在调查中，87%的初中英语老师表示，他们在布置英语家庭作业的时候没有把学生的个别差异考虑进去；有64.5%的教师所设计的作业则是围绕所学教材，让所有的同学做同样的作业。学生是存在个体差异性的，由于不同学生来自于不同家庭，对学习有着不同程度的热情。这样设计的作业就出现了有的同学喜欢做，有的同学不喜欢；有的同学作业效率很高，有的同学作业效率十分低的现象。

（四）作业数量繁多，内容上重知识、轻运用

调查结果显示，有45%的学生每天要花费一个小时去完成家庭作业，36%的学生需要用一个半小时甚至更多的时间。作业内容主要是抄写和背诵，同时也会附加一定量的英语教辅资料上的练习以及教参上的习题。有83%的英语教师也表示，他们布置作业是以巩固上课所学的知识为前提，以提高学生学习成绩为终极目标。由此可见，英语家庭作业设计忽视英语语言的整体性、综合性，而应用性的训练太少，无思维价值的作业太多。家庭作业目的不仅是要求学生掌握所学知识，也要求学生在实际生活中对所学知识的具体应用。

（五）作业评价方式单一

调查发现，传统的批改方式占了初中英语家庭作业的评价方式的80%。在目前的初中英语作业中，部分英语教师的评价方式及衡量标准并没有根本性的变革，分数一直是教师和学生心目中评价的重要尺度。形式单一的英语作业评价方式极大地影响了学生们学习的上进心和积极性。

二、初中英语家庭作业设计的建议

1.自主性作业。基础教育课程改革十分注重培养学生的自主学习能动性，把学生在学习中的主体地位放在首要位置。素质教育也提倡要尊重学生的个体差异性，要重视培养学生们的独创性思维。因此，在设计初中英语家庭作业的过程中，应注意如何使学生充分挖掘自身潜能，调动学习的自主性，体现学生在学习中的主体地位。

（1）用英语写日常生活中的见闻。要求学生将每天发生在学校及日常生活中的事情用英语表达出来。

（2）写英文信。要求学生给自己的朋友和老师写一些正规格式的英语信件。

（3）写英文日记。要求学生可用一种比较随意的方式表达自己内心的想法和抒发感情。虽然这些日常见闻只是十分简单的表达自己的状况、心理和近期自己的学习生活情况，但要用英语将他们描述出来就需要动一番脑筋。也许在这种写作之初会遇到困难，但只要坚持不懈，持之以恒，就会将事物描写得越来越好，越来越生动。教师也可以通过对学生作业的点评，与学生进行心与心的交流，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，提高学生的学习热情。这种家庭作业不但提高了学生的写作能力，还给学生减轻了许多课业负担和生活压力，培养了学生们的学习主动性、自觉性和创新精神。

2.多样性作业。多元智力理论认为，“每人都或多或少具有多种智能，每个人都有自己的优势智力所在。通过扩大学习的领域与知识的表征方式促进以往被忽视的智能开发，充分发挥每个人的潜能”根据多元智力理论的理论基础，初中英语家庭作业应具有其多样性。

3.分层性作业。早在春秋战国时期，孔子就主张运用因材施教的教育方法，因材施教兼顾了统一与个体的融合。朱熹也曾提出“夫子教人各尽其材”。要实现这一原则的关键是善于发现和注意培养学生的某些专长，准确掌握学生特点，避免其盲目性。

4.积累性作业。在基础教育课程改革纲要中也指出，要指导学生有较丰富的语言积累。学生在英语家庭作业中也应学会积累性学习。所谓积累性作业，首先应布置积累语言材料的作业，如背诵词汇、短语、课文等，这样的作业有助于学生积累学习素材。其次应培养学生们自学的能力，如学生应坚持记好自己的学习笔记，并定期对其进行归纳和整理，教师则应定期进行检查，以便更好地督促学生做好这项工作。

三、结语

目前，我国部分地区的初中英语教师家庭作业的设计还存在着一些问题。要解决这些问题，广大英语教师要不断加强自身专业发展，丰富教育教学理论知识，从而制定出切实可行的设计家庭作业的方案。总之，英语家庭作业的设计首先要面向全体学生，以学生为主体，一切为了学生的发展，为了一切学生的发展。其次，初中英语家庭作业的设计要从培养学生的学习兴趣出发，开发学生的创造性思维能力。再次，从强化教学目标出发，为提高教学质量服务。家庭作业的设计在初中英语教学中是一个十分重要的环节，只有科学合理地布置家庭作业才能使学生的英语学习事半功倍。
