中文摘要：电子商务是通过电子信息技术、网络互联技术和现代通讯技术，使得交易涉及的各方当事人借助电子方式联系，实现整个交易的电子化。由于信息技术的逐渐完善和国际贸易的日益发展，电子商务应运而生。自其产生之日起，就一直被人们所重视，并不断发展完善，将逐渐成为国际贸易发展的重要形式，具其发展趋势表明它将成为未来国际贸易唯一的方式。尽管电子商务在我国的发展速度很快，但也相应的存在一些问题。如网络基础设施、支付手段、安全认证、电子物流配送等诸多问题。为了解决这些问题，政府在政策、法律制度、技术研究、基础设施等方面必须给予大力扶持，为企业应用电子商务创造良好的环境；应用电子商务的企业自身应注重效益分析，人才引进和培养等，真正使电子商务为企业服务。我们应根据自己的才力，国力，制定长远的规划，分步、分阶段实施电子商务，走有中国特色的电子商务发展道路。总之，电子商务应用后的经济效益是可观的。其应用发展的趋势也是不可低估的。它的未来必将更加完善，并更好地为我国的企业服务。
