《仿生工程学报》杂志信息：

《仿生工程学报》（《Journal of Bionic Engineering》）(ISSN 1672-6529, CN 22-1355/TB)，是经国家新闻出版总署批准 ，吉林大学主办，中国人民共和国教育部主管，国内由著名的科学出版社出版发行，国际由最负盛名的Elsevier出版公司出版发行的以工程仿生学科为特色的国际性英文学术期刊，是国际仿生工程领域唯一的学术类英文专业期刊。创刊号于2004年3月末出版 。

该刊办刊宗旨是报道国内外工程仿生学科重要的、优秀的、创新性的研究成果。为该领域及相关领域的研究人员提供发表新信息的园地和交流学术思想的论坛。为促进工程仿生研究成果转化为生产力、加速这一新兴、交叉、边缘学科实现跨越式、突破性的发展服务。主要报道涉及仿生科学与工程所有方面的原始论文和综述。包括动植物仿生工程方面的基础研究（动物的运动和行为，植物和天然材料的结构、成分、形态和物理特性）以及这些基础研究在工程、技术和设计方面的应用。

《仿生工程学报》杂志荣誉：

2007年荣获首届中国高校特色科技期刊奖。已被EI（美国《工程索引》）、CSA（英国《剑桥科学文摘》）、AJ（俄罗斯《文摘杂志》）、《中国期刊全文数据库》《中国核心期刊（遴选）数据库》《中国科学引文数据库》等收录。
